About Me

The Manifesto: Reclaiming Life from the Infinite Scroll

I’m just like you.
I’m a woman in her mid-30s, a mother, and someone who realized one day that I was missing my own life because I was too busy watching everyone else’s on a 6-inch screen.
I didn’t set out to be a “digital detox” expert. I don’t have a minimalist cabin in the woods or a perfectly aesthetic, tech-free home. In fact, for years, technology was my entire world. But eventually, the tools that were supposed to make my life easier started making it feel… heavy.
The Wake-Up Call
Maybe you’ve been there:
    • Checking your phone before you’ve even said “good morning” to your family.
    • Losing two hours to a “doom-scroll” while your coffee goes cold.
    • Feeling that strange, anxious itch to check a notification that doesn’t even exist.
    • Realizing your kids are watching you watch a screen more than you’re watching them.

I reached a breaking point where I was tired of being “always on” but never truly present. I was “connected” to the whole world, but I felt completely disconnected from myself.
Why This Blog Exists
I started this space anonymously because I wanted a place to be honest. I’m not here to tell you to throw your phone in the ocean—we live in a digital world, and we have to survive in it.
I’m here to debug the habit of mindless consumption. I’m testing every “hack,” every “dumb” gadget, and every boundary to see what actually works for a normal person with a job, a family, and a very real social media addiction.
What We’re Doing Here:
    • The Honest Struggle: Sharing the failures and the small wins of trying to live with less tech.
    • Practical Resets: Simple, “common person” strategies to reclaim an hour of your day.
    • No-Judgment Zone: Whether you spend 10 hours a day on your phone or 2, we’re all just trying to find the “Off” switch together.

I’m just a human trying to find the Hard Reset button on a life that got too digital. I hope you’ll join me in the quiet.
